Barwell BFT40SSNX Freeze Trim (Stainless Steel)
A 40L Barwell Freeze Trim in Stainless Steel (Usable volume 12L)
The Freeze Trim is high quality Cryogenic Rubber Deflashing Machine.
It is a high output, automated, and cost-cutting method of deflashing and deburring using cryogenic freezing.
NX controls which includes, Real-time process information for Data Capture, Remote Connectivity and more.
Made using stainless steel to provide added strength and durability, and resistance to oxidation caused by frequent temperature changes.
This is an Ex-Demo machine used solely for in-house demonstrations.
Barwell ECO-40 Extended Centre Preformer (Rebuild)
A 40L Barwell ECO-40 Ram Preformer with standard controls consisting of an Omron NB-5 HMI and PLC.
This machine features an Extended Centre allowing for the option to load rubber from the centre of the machine and for ease of cleaning, if material is changed regularly.
It also harnesses the proven Barwell Automatic Weigh Scale adjustment for weight adjustment to ensure rubber blank control.
